SMS Program
DeskWork sends operational text messages for service requests, scheduling, approvals, billing, and customer support conversations.
What messages DeskWork sends
DeskWork sends conversational and operational SMS related to active service work. This can include booking coordination, appointment confirmations, technician timing updates, owner approval follow-ups, invoice or payment-link delivery, and support replies.
DeskWork does not use this SMS program for unrelated promotional blasts.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in by calling or texting the business number to request service, by providing their phone number during scheduling, or by continuing an active service conversation after requesting support.
Messages are sent only in connection with that service request and related operational follow-up.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the service request, schedule changes, technician updates, approval status, and payment activity.
Help and opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from DeskWork for that messaging program.
