DeskWork Legal

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern DeskWork's operational text messaging and communication workflows for plumbing service coordination.

Consent to messaging

By providing a mobile number to DeskWork or to a DeskWork-powered plumbing business and requesting service, scheduling work, or continuing an active support conversation, you agree to receive conversational and operational text messages related to that service request.

These messages can include appointment coordination, booking confirmations, technician updates, owner approval requests, service follow-ups, invoice or payment-link delivery, and support replies.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and the state of the job.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from DeskWork for that messaging program.

You can reply HELP for assistance, or contact DeskWork at ops@deskwork.org.

Operational scope

DeskWork's messaging workflow is intended for plumbing-service operations and related customer support. It is not an emergency dispatch or 911 replacement.

If you believe there is an immediate safety threat, gas leak, flood emergency, or other dangerous condition, contact local emergency services and the appropriate utility provider first.

Changes

DeskWork may update these terms as the pilot product and its messaging programs evolve. Continued use of the messaging workflow after an update means the revised terms apply to future interactions.
