Privacy Policy
DeskWork processes customer and job information to operate plumbing dispatch, scheduling, messaging, payment collection, and support workflows.
What we collect
DeskWork collects the information needed to run service operations, including customer names, phone numbers, service requests, scheduling details, addresses, payment-related status, and conversation records created through phone calls, SMS, or internal support workflows.
We also collect technical and event-log data needed to secure the service, audit operator actions, and diagnose failures in communications or integrations.
How we use information
We use this information to answer inbound requests, schedule plumbing service, send service updates, request approvals, deliver payment links, reconcile operational records, and support customers and partner shops.
DeskWork uses service providers such as Twilio, Retell, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and cloud hosting providers only to operate the requested workflows.
SMS privacy commitments
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties except with messaging vendors and service providers that are necessary to deliver the requested operational messages.
SMS program disclosures
Message frequency varies based on the customer's service request, scheduling changes, approval status, and payment activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of further SMS from DeskWork for that messaging program or reply HELP for assistance.
Retention and security
DeskWork retains operational data only as long as needed for service delivery, billing, auditability, legal obligations, and incident response. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems with a business need.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
